- We accept returns on items that do not have customization, such as custom text, if you return you item within 30 days of original ship date.
- To qualify for a return your item must be in the original condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging and unused. Proof of purchase will also be required.
- If your item qualifies for a return it will be refunded in full, minus return shipping charges, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us. You may be required to send photos of the product or return the item.
- No returns, exchanges or cancellations are available on custom orders.
TO START A RETURN
- To begin a return, contact us first at email@example.com. If your return qualifies, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. You must contact us first before sending us your item otherwise your refund will not be processed.

- The best way to exchange an item is to return an item and purchase a new one once you have received your refunded.
